Students may call (936) 261-1535,  E-Mail (askalibrarian@pvamu.edu), or make an appointment to consult with a Librarian. Our subject librarians are here to help students find the best resources for their research topic.

4. If We Don’t Have It, We Can Get It!

The John B. Coleman Library offer a variety of services for borrowing materials not owned by the Library, usually at no charge.

5. Visiting Campus?

Computers – Parents and other guests may use the computers on the second floor computer
lab.   Ask at the Computer Lab’s Service Desk for a guest username and password.
Best Sellers – are available across from the Reference Desk. Comfortable seating is available
throughout the Library.
Art Exhibit – First floor

6. Fax Services

Fax services are available at the Circulation Desk – First few pages are free.

7. Jazzman’s Cafe
Need a quick bite to eat and or a cold or hot drink – Jazzman’s Cafe is here for you. Located just left to the Circulation Desk.
— Please finish your snacks and drinks before returning to the Library.

8. Student Academic Success Center & Tutoring Center
Has your child gotten a slow start and need to catch up? The Student Academic Success Center and the Tutoring Center on the second floor of the Library is the first place to go.

9. Extended Hours
Is your child a night owl – The John B. Coleman Library are open for extended hours during final exams. Current hours can be found on the Library main page.
