Alcohol is available for purchase in the stadium. Valid I.D. is required for purchase. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card with photo, Military I.D. with photo).- NOTE: check language to ensure consistency with Sodexo policy
Alcohol service can be discontinued at the discretion of management. Alcohol sales will prior to the start of the fourth quarter at all concession stands.
Animals are not permitted in Panther Stadium, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Please be sure to check with the stadium before bringing any service animal to the game. For more information, contact the Athletic Administration Office at 1-936-261-9100.
Without prior permission from the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications, Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only.
There are two ATMs located in the stadium on each side of the concurse. The nearest ATMs outside of the stadium are located just across the street in the Memorial Student Center (MSC).
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium. – CHECK THIS FOR ACCURACY
A clear bag policy has been adopted by several colleges, the NFL, and venues that host entertainment and professional sporting events. PVAMU Athletics continues to review its policies to enhance public safety and improve efficiencies as it relates to all home athletic venues.
While PVAMU has not implemented a clear bag policy, we encourage guests to bring clear bags to the stadium to pass through security faster.
No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Panther Stadium. Signs not allowed into the stadium will not be stored and will be the responsibility of the patron to secure.
Bicycles are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Panther Stadium. Bicycle parking is available at the Memorial Student Center (MSC).
Cameras are permitted in Panther Stadium for both fans and working news media. All photos taken in Panther Stadium must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Prairie View A&M University.
Code of Conduct
In the spirit of sportsmanship, PVAMU and SWAC fans shall: INSERT SWAC SPORTMANSHIP LANGUAGE
Conduct themselves in a manner that represents PVAMU, the SWAC and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
Not use vulgar, abusive, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.
Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.
Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.
Not become inebriated or belligerent.
Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.
We endeavor to make the gameday experience at our venues the best experience possible, but we recognize that there is always room for improvement. If you notice an issue, please let us know by submitting your gameday feedback.

Panther Stadium is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Panther Stadium on gameday.
Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium.- CHECK THIS No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Panther Stadium.
The proper disabled parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments is required to utilize disable parking spaces. The registered owner must be in the vehicle.
Elevators are restricted for use by certain guests. You must show a valid ticket to use the elevators at Panther Stadium, but as a reminder, all bags may be searched upon entry into the elevator area.
All entries open 2 hours prior to kickoff.
First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium: Please follow first-aid and safety signs located throughtout the stadium.
Game Day staff are available at the gates and throughout Panther Stadium to answer any customer service questions. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the guest services staff. Guest services is located in a tent on each side of the concourse closest to the Athletic Administration Building.
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 4911). For non-emergencies, the University Police Department can be reached at 936- 261-1375. If you have any questions or concerns, contact an usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.
Lost and Found
Unclaimed items found at Panther Stadium can be claimed at Guest Services. After the game items can be picked up in the Athletics Administration Building. Please call 936-261-9100 for additional details.
Lost Children & Guests
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency, call the University Police at 4911
Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Athletics Marketing and
Communications Office at 936.261.3950 or firstname.lastname@example.org in advance for
information on obtaining necessary passes.
Fans can purchase PVAMU merchandise online at the PV Gear Shop at www.pvpanthersgear.com. There will also be vendors located outside of the stadium that will have merchandise for purchase.

Ramps are located at gate 3, 5, 9, 11, of the stadium.
Re-entry to Panther Stadium is prohibited. There are no in and out privileges.
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.
PVAMU may provide free shuttle service for certain games. Information will be posted on PVpanthers.com.
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Panther Stadium.
Solicitation & Distribution of Literature
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from PVAMU.
Personal stadium seats are allowed in Panther Stadium but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.

Panther fans are encouraged to check the traffic at PVPanthers.com to avoid any delays or make alternative plans to get to the game should roads be closed.
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call ticket window at the stadium. All Ticket Windows are open at least 2 hours prior to kickoff.
