Department of Engineering Technology

The University is phasing out the Computer Engineering Technology (CPET) and Electrical Engineering Technology (ELET) programs in two years. Starting from Fall 2017, no new students will be admitted to CPET or ELET program. Current students who can’t complete their degree program by August 2019 must be advised to change to other major. Please contact the your advisor immediately.

The Department of Engineering Technology offers two degree programs. These are i) Computer Engineering Technology (CPET) and ii)  Electrical Engineering Technology (ELET).  Both of these programs are accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org.  Also please visit the site for accreditation of all other disciplines.
