EMAIL SIGNATURE
Clear, consistent email identification strengthens the PVAMU brand. We have developed this email signature generator to ensure that PVAMU faculty and staff email signatures are always aligned with the PVAMU brand.
Please note: Religious quotes and messages are strictly prohibited for State employees. A list of approved quotes and messages are located in the PVAMU Brand guidelines. While this is not an exhaustive list, please ensure that messages and quotes following your email signature are appropriate for all audiences and do not dilute the PVAMU brand.
Copy and paste the generated template (from name through logo) into the signature tool in your email program, then replace the generic information with your own.
The recommended font is Helvetica Neue. If it is not available on your operating system, use Arial, Avant Garde Gothic or Goudy.
