PVAMU System Maintenance Notifications

ITS Maintenance

CITE will be completing Banner maintenance midnight and noon on Sunday 7/18/2021. There may be interruptions in Banner PROD, Argos reporting, and to Panthertracks during the patching window. Also, automated UC4 processing will be halted during this window.

CITE will be completing critical system maintenance on PROD systems between midnight and noon on Sunday the 2nd of May 2021. All PROD systems will be unavailable during this time including:

• PVAMU SSO
• PV Place and Panthertracks
• Banner 9, Banner Document Management, Banner Workflow and all Banner interfaces
• All Degree Works modules
• Argos Reporting and the ODS
• UC4 Automation
• PantherPass Document Submission
• Elucian Mobile App
• PVAMU SSO to external applications Including:

Accommodate, Adobe, Axero-Intranet, CampusLabs-PVPawLink

Comevo, Docusign, Everfi, Explorance, FM Systems

Fusion RecSports, Handshake, Interfolio, Medicat

Please note: CITE will be completing critical system maintenance on PROD Single-Sign-On (SSO) systems between midnight and noon on Sunday 12/20/2020. Login using SSO to PROD systems will be unavailable during this time including:

• Login to any application using PVAMU SSO including: Accommodate, AdAstra, Adobe, Axero (Intranet), Canvas, CampusLabs (PV Paw Link, Comevo, Docusign, Everfi, Explorance, FM Systems, Handshake, Interfolio, Maxient, Medicat (HealthyPanthers), Percipio, Qless, Recsports, Syncplicity.com, T2 , TerraDotta, TouchNet, Tutor.com, TutotTrac, University Tickets, WordPress, Zoom.

Please note:

CITE will be performing system maintenance on an SSO server during the standard maintenance window on August 30, between midnight and noon. PVAMU Single-Sign-On (SSO) to most applications will be down during this window.

Some production applications will become inaccessible for a portion of this window including the major applications listed below:

Please note:

There will be a brief outage of Degree Works in PROD next Monday July 13, 2020 between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

No other systems will be impacted.

Please note - ITS will be performing maintenance on Sunday the 7th of June between midnight and noon.

• PVAMU Single-Sign-On (SSO) to most services, including Canvas will be down during this window.
• PVAMU Moodle eCourses will not be affected.

Please note - ITS will be applying patches to Banner 9 Admin servers on Sunday the 5th of January 2020, between midnight and noon.

There will be intermittent outages of Banner 9 Admin pages during this window. This should not affect PVPlace, Panthertracks, or any other systems.

Please note --- We will be applying server patches on Sunday 12/15 between 3 am and 11 am.

• This should not affect PVPlace, Panthertracks, or any other student-facing systems.

Please note:

Please take note. PEARSON will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 12:00AM (Midnight) until 8:00 AM.

ALL of these digital solutions will be impacted: MyLab, MyLabsPlus, Mastering, Modified Mastering, Learning Studio, Revel, eText, Pearson Writer, Strategic Reader, and StatCrunch. During this time, you will not be able to perform any of the following actions:

• Sign in or access your courses.
• Create or copy courses.
• Sync grades with your learning management system (LMS).

This will not affect eCourses.

Please take note. IT Services will be performing system maintenance on many of our systems this weekend.

Please expect outages for PVPlace, Panthertacks, PVPass, Degree Works, MyPassword password reset and Mobile App between Friday 11/8/2019 at 9 pm and Saturday 11/9/2019 at 5 am

Please expect an outage of SSO for Gmail, Zoom and other applications between 8 pm and 10 pm on Sunday 11/10.

This will not affect eCourses.
