On January 20, 2019, Dr. Palmer, Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, reaffirmed the minimum presence requirements established in 2015.
Minimum presence defines the minimum required usage of eCourses for PVAMU classes. The requirements apply to all classes including face to face, hybrid/blended, fully online and two-way video.
HB2504 and minimum presence applies to graduate and undergraduate courses. The basic steps for setting up minimum presence are listed below.
