Panther Parent Program

Connecting parents and guardians with important resources, events, and information to promote the academic success of our students.

Parents and guardians are essential partners in helping students pursue their educational and career goals at Prairie View A&M University.

As such, the newly enhanced Prairie View A&M University Panther Parent Program will be a vital part of the PVAMU Annual Fund, which seeks to address the immediate needs of our students.

Through the Panther Parent Program, the university will increase our support to parents and guardians to advance the academic success of our students. Your engagement, as a parent or guardian, will help foster a support system for all parents and guardians and will enrich your student’s experience at Prairie View. Moreover, your generosity through the PVAMU Annual Fund will help the university strengthen its financial aid program and expand learning opportunities for students.

Every PVAMU parent will have access to the information that will help his or her student succeed. Parents and family members may also join the Panther Parent Program with an annual membership contribution of $100 or more. Member benefits include special gifts, exclusive invitations to university events, and subscriptions to university publications. To review the complete list of membership levels and benefits, please see Panther Parent Program Membership.

“Prairie View A&M University is laying the foundation for our students’ success—but they cannot do it alone. As parents and guardians, we know our children better than anyone and are positioned to take an active role in preparing our kids for something bigger and better. We are honored to help all students get ready for this world through the Panther Parent Program.”
