Psycology Image Dr. Logan Yelderman is an assistant professor of psychology at Prairie View A&M University and is interested in social psychology research. His research interests involve the application of social psychological theories to legal attitudes and legal processes. Specifically, he is interested in attitudes toward the criminally insane and mentally ill offenders; mental illness verdicts (e.g. NGRI and GBMI); the relationship between religion and legal processes (e.g. jury decision-making); parole decision-making; emotion; attributions; morality; and public perceptions. Dr. Yelderman is also interested in the application of effective programming in juvenile and family treatment courts, specifically collaborative programs.
