President Obama proclaimed October 23 through October 29, 2016, as National Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) Week.  Activities of this week include recognizing and celebrating contributions of HBCUs plus hosting the the Annual National Historically Black Colleges and Universities Week Conference. This year, Dr. Camille Gibson, Professor in Justice Studies  and Dr. Derek Wilson, Associate Professor in Psychology, will attend the annual conference along with other colleagues from PVAMU.  Please see links about the proclamation and conference.
