Jasanne Baugh, a rising junior in the Department of Psychology, completed a summer internship with the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools Program, a literacy-rich summer and after-school program developed to serve children in low-income communities. As part of her summer 2014 internship, Ms. Baugh participated in the Ella Baker Child Policy Training Institute held at the University of Tennessee.
