The Bagheera Scholars Leadership Program seeks upperclassmen and graduate students with an interest in conducting high-quality research and serving as mentors to undergraduate students from various disciplines. Bagheera Scholars will be responsible for identifying their faculty research advisors and serving as the liaison between the teams of Panther Research Scholars and the respective faculty research advisor. Participation in this leadership experience will allow Bagheera Scholars to gain valuable project management, communication, and mentoring expertise that will prepare them for future careers in academia or industry.
