Small Ruminant Workshop Series

Small Ruminant Workshop Series will consist of two workshops. The first workshop will be on September 21, 2017 at 8:30am – 4:00pm in the International Goat Research Center, and will focus on Artificial Insemination. The second workshop will be November 18 at 8:30am – 4:00pm in the Carden-Waller Extension Building, and will focus on Integrated parasite management.


  • Lunch will be provided for both workshops.
  • FAMACHA certification and cards will be provided for participants of the Integrated Parasite Management Workshop.
  • The Integrated Parasite Management will be led by Dr. Niki Whitley, Animal Science Extension Specialist at Fort Valley State University in Georgia.
