Capital Improvement Projects:
Capital projects are any renovation and repair project or new construction that costs more than $4,000,000. These projects require approval from the Board of Regents and are tracked on the PV’s Capital Improvement Plan . PV’s Capital Plan, a five-year outlook, is updated annually to identify major improvements, capital projects, and land acquisitions, and includes a projected schedule and financing strategies for each.  The Plan provides a link between the University’s academic plan$22M and capital budget.
