Off Campus Merchant Panther Bucks

  • You must first obtain your PVAMU Panther (ID) Card
    • Establish/Activate your account
      There are three ways to activate a Panther Card

      • Student can have the debit amount assessed to their fees.  This option is limited to the amount of funds the student has available on their fee assessment.
      • Student, Faculty and Staff can make a deposit at the Cashiers’ Office.  This option is based solely on the individual’s discretion and no account limits are set.
        (You must specify that you want Off Campus Merchant Panther Bucks)
      • Student, Faculty and Staff Can make a deposit through GET Funds at https://get.cbord.com/pvamu
  • Using your Account

    • Currently the Off Campus Merchant Panther Bucks plan is accepted at the following Off Campus Merchants:
      • Waller County Line (Shell Station), Waller, Texas

Note: Off Campus Merchant Panther Bucks Can Not Be Used to Purchase Tobacco or Alcoholic Products

  • Closing your Account

    • To close your account simply report to Auxiliary Enterprises or contact us by fax (936) 261-1714 to make your request.
    • Refunds due to customers will be issued as a part of the university’s next scheduled over payment and will appear on students account as a credit.
    • Balances left in the account will carry over to the next semester.
Inclement Weather Closure 1/17/18
