Effective immediately, if you have taken your exam at another Texas institution you MUST fill out the form granting permission for us to access your records. Your form will be processed in the order in which it was received. This is the ONLY way we will be accepting scores. Faxes, paper copies and emailed copies will no longer be accepted.
Accommodated Testing for Students with Disabilities
Students who need accommodations for exams administered on campus will need to contact Disability Services to make arrangements for testing. Please note that all NATIONAL exams, including the SAT, ACT, LSAT and MPRE, make determinations regarding accommodated testing and this documentation must be provided to them directly. All other exams given at Prairie View must go through our Office of Disability Services. Contact Disability Services at:
