The Office of Title IX Compliance works to investigate and resolve allegations of discrimination and sexual misconduct/sexual violence. The privacy of individuals who file sexual misconduct/sexual violence complaints, who are accused of sexual misconduct/sexual violence, or who are otherwise involved in the complaint process should be respected.
As a reminder, all PVAMU employees (except for those designated as confidential) must report all known information about an incident of sexual misconduct, including the names of the parties involved, to the Title IX Coordinator. Students are encouraged to report to the Title IX Coordinator or UPD but also have the option to file an anonymous report or speak to a confidential resource to disclose an incident of sexual misconduct.
