For student employment purposes, a New Hire is defined as any student who has NOT been processed for employment through SEO during the past two semesters. In accordance with System Policy 33.99.12, all New Hire student employees will need to complete certain documents as a condition of employment. The Student Employment Office will provide a New Hire Packet.
1. All New Hires must complete the online New Hire Packet.
2. All New Hires must complete the New Hire Orientation and score 100%.
3. All New Hires must complete the five (5) State Mandated Online Trainings.

c. Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
d. Information Security Awareness
e. Orientation to the A&M System
