C.    General Membership

1.    All members of standing committees

A standing committee shall be defined as a  Permanent committee set up for the purpose of special projects and research deemed necessary by the Executive Board.  It also shall have a specific purpose, function and program activities during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.            

2.    All members of Ad-hoc Committees

An Ad-Hoc committee shall be defined as a temporary committee set up for the purpose of special projects and research deemed necessary by the Executive Board.
