The Fitness & Wellness department is committed to promoting health and wellness by providing access to quality facilities, equipment, and programs that contribute to individualized physical fitness, health, and wellness. We offer individualized and group fitness programs aimed to improve patrons overall physical fitness, health and the mind-body connection.
