WELCOME BACK PANTHERS!

The Week of Welcome (WOW) is an exciting and informative series of events to help students begin their journey at Prairie View A&M University. WOW includes seminars, socials, previews and other activities to expose students to all of the opportunities that exist outside of the classroom to enhance each student’s college experience. Track Your Involvement

Keep track of your involvement with PVPaw Link! The PVPaw Link is a web-based platform (powered by Campus Labs) that allows you to connect with several organizations, departments, and students on campus! You can join a club or department’s PVPaw Link page and learn all about their activities, communicate with members and sign up to attend campus events.

Events that you’ve attended, every organization that you’ve joined, officer position that you’ve held, or hours spent volunteering can all be shared on your “Involvement Record”. These are extremely helpful when reflecting on your out-of-classroom learning and preparing for interviews for those co-ops or “real-world job.” Employers want to know that you did more than just attend class (although, we highly recommend that too).

Here are some easy steps for your first time logging in:

Panthers – Here’s how to Log On to PVPaw Link for the first time:

  • Step 1: On a computer or Mobile Device – Open a Browser (preferably, anything but Internet Explorer)
  • Step 2: Navigate to PVPAWLINK.PVAMU.EDU
  • Step 3: Click on “Sign In” at the top right hand side of the site
  • Step 4: Log In with your PV Credentials, Username – enter everything before the @pvamu.edu & Your Password. If you cannot recall this information you will have to go to S.R. Collins, Room 106 with your ID to retrieve this information.
  • Step 5: Begin Exploring! Set up your profile, upload a picture and see what events are coming up!

PV Paw Pass

On any mobile device you can download your PV Paw Pass – Download your PVPaw Pass and gain access to #EngagePV

Here are the steps you will need to download your Paw Pass:

  • Step 1: Open a Browser on your Mobile Device, Smart Phone, Desktop or Laptop Computer (do not use Internet Explorer)
  • Step 2: Navigate to pvpawlink.pvamu.edu
  • Step 2: Click “Sign In” & Log In using your PV Credentials
  • Step 3: Click on the top right hand side of the site – Where you’re Initial or Picture is located, your personal drawer will open up
  • Step 4: Look for “Event Pass” – Download your Pass on your mobile device and save to your Google or Apple Wallet. You can also print it out from any laptop computer

PV Paw Pass will be needed for all events around campus! Keep this handy for when you need it.
