Strengthening Historically Black Colleges and Universities

Title III of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, provides financial assistance to Historically Black Colleges and Universities to establish or strengthen their physical plants, financial management, academic resources, and endowment-building capacity.

Welcome to the Title III Program at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). With funds from the Department of Education, we have been able to significantly enhance the university’s infrastructure.
