Donna N. Williams

Donna N. Williams is Vice President and Program Manager of Parsons Infrastructure and Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of the Parsons Corporation. Williams manages Parsons’ southwestern region (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico) in overseeing the design, installation, and construction of navigational aids for this country’s national airspace. 

She was recognized as Engineer of the Year by Parsons Corporation.

Mrs. Williams serves on the Texas State University System Board of Regents. She also serves on the Board for the Dallas African-American  Museum. Williams is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  

Donna Williams earned the bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
