Summer and Fall 2010 - Changes for Housing Charge
Payment Deadlines for Summer and Fall 2010
Drop Dates for Summer 2010:
Payment Due Dates: (students will be dropped from all classes if minimum payment is not made) 100% of tuition & fees for summer sessions are due or student will be dropped at 5:00 p.m. on the due date.
Summer I(1st 5 week and 10 week courses)
June 1—due date is for all students that registered for 1st 5 week and 10 week classes on April 13—June 1
June 7—due date is for all students who registered or added classes between June 2 and June 7
June 22—due date is for all students that were allowed by Registrar/Advisor /Provost to register or to be reinstated after June 7.
Summer II(2nd 5 week courses)
July 7—due date is for all students that registered for 2nd 5 week classes on April 13—July 7
July 13—due date is for all students who registered or added classes between July 8 and July 13
July 28—due date is for all students that were allowed by Registrar/Advisor /Provost to register or to be reinstated after July 13.

August 27—due date is for all students that registered for classes on April 13—August 27
September 14—due date is for all students who registered or added classes between August 28 and September 14
September 24—due date is for all students that were allowed by Registrar/Advisor /Provost to register or to be reinstated after September 14.
Students will not be dropped if all financial aid documents and requirements have been completed and aid is enough to cover the minimum amount due. If you do not plan to attend PVAMU after you have enrolled for courses, you must officially withdraw from the university by the dates above or you will be held responsible for any financial aid, grades and charges posted to your account
Installment Due Dates and Short Term Loan Due Date for Fall 2010 only:
August 27, 2010 5pm Installment #1 Due - 1st 50% of tuition and fees are due (see other 1st installment due dates above)
October 1, 2010 5pm Installment #2 Due - 2nd 25% of tuition and fees are due
November 5, 2010 5pm Installment #3 Due - 3rd 25% of tuition and fees are due
November 5, 2010 5pm Short Term Loans are due
