New/Prospective Employees Benefits

The information provided below is to give new employees, who are benefits eligible, a summary of the benefits that are available to them. The PPO plans are administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. Caremark administers the Prescription Drug portion. The HMO plan is handled by Scott & White. Scott & White is clinic based. Care must be received through either Scott & White or an associated provider in order to receive benefits.
