Missing or Stolen Items

• All items that are not scanned will be considered as missing or stolen.
  
• For all items that are missing or stolen an explanation must  be written why these items were not present at the time of inventory.
  
• Missing and stolen reports along with a Police report must be filled out on every item considered as missing or stolen.
