Missing or Stolen Items

To comply with the State Property Accounting Policy and Procedures Manual, all items deemed as missing will be treated as if the item was stolen.

Complete Missing / Stolen Form

• A police report is needed for items listed as stolen
• List item on Certification Form and attach any necessary supporting documents
