User Support Services
User Support Services oversees the University public computing labs, Desktop Support Technicians, and the ITS HelpDesk. User Support Services assists with technology planning for both new facilities and renovations, manages University site licenses and establishes standards for desktop computing on the campus.
The Student laptop program is also maintained by User Support Services. All services can be accessed by calling the HelpDesk at 2525.
