Graduate Programs in Business - MBA

Today’s businesses need leaders who can make decisions based on critical thinking, who can express their ideas both verbally and in writing, and leaders who are just as effective working alone as they are on a team.  The College of Business offers two programs in business, the Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) and the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

The graduate programs in business at PVAMU are designed for the working adult with classes offered at convenient times on evenings, weekends and online.  The COB offers a number of study options including online courses and classes at two different locations.

Master of Business Administration

The MBA degree is designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in profit or not-for-profit enterprises. The program integrates various business disciplines to provide the high quality educational experience needed to assume a leadership role as a manager or entrepreneur.  Courses are offered in the classroom or online.

For students seeking in-depth study, the MBA degree also has three different tracks or concentrations for students interested in international businessfinance or management information systems.  Courses and information are listed in the degree plan.
