10.12 Institutional Memberships Issued: August 16, 2001
1. Funding Source Limitations
The University allows payment of Institutional Membership Fees from non-E&G funding sources only.
2. Justification and Approvals
In the interest of conserving funds, the University requires justification and approval of all institutional
memberships before processing them for payment.
3. Procedures
3.1 An Institutional Membership Authorization form (Attachment 1) must be completed and routed
for approval.
3.2 A Purchase Requisition accompanied by the approved Institutional Membership Authorization
form must be submitted to the Purchasing Office to initiate payment.
