1. Take Will Clayton Blvd. east to Highway 59.
2. Turn right on Highway 59 south toward downtown Houston
3. Take the Fannin St exit - slight left to the Texas Medical Center
4. End at 6436 Fannin St on the right.

1. Travel on I-45 North Freeway south toward Downtown Houston to Hwy 59 S
2. Merge onto TX-288 S via Exit 46B toward Lake Jackson/ Freeport/ US-59 S/ Victoria
3. Take the Fannin St exit -slight left to the Texas Medical Center
4. End at 6436 Fannin St on the right.

1. Take the S MacGregor Way exit toward N MacGregor Way/ Texas Medical Center.
2. Exit Left onto N MacGregor Way.
3. N MacGregor Way becomes Hermann Loop Dr.
4. Travel in the far right lane
5. Turn slightly right onto Hermann Loop Dr/ N MacGregor Way.
6. Continue to follow N MacGregor Way
7. Turn left onto Fannin St.
8. End at 6436 Fannin St on the right

1. Travel 290 E to Loop 610 S.
2. Travel 610S to Hwy 59S
3. Travel 59 N  to Highway 288S
4. Exit right onto N MacGregor Way.
5. N MacGregor Way becomes Hermann Loop Dr.
6. Travel in the far right lane.
7. Turn slightly right onto Hermann Loop Dr/ N MacGregor Way.
8. Continue to follow N MacGregor Way
9. Turn left onto Fannin St.
10. End at 6436 Fannin St on the right
