The new Prairie View A&M University Stationery System was adopted August 24, 2005. The Stationery Style Guide provides the information about guidelines and specs for all stationery items. Please read it carefully and adhere to the guidelines when submitting orders.
Ordering Stationery
At the beginning of the Fall and Spring Semesters, the University will place a bulk order for stationery. The campus community will be notified of these timelines and given ample time to respond and submit orders.
All stationery orders will require the completion of the Stationery Order Form before a Purchase Order is issued. Completing the form to order stationery means you have read the Stationery Style Guide and will have your items printed according to the standards therein.
Internal Stationery
Only Black & White stationery is to be used for internal communication
