The Student Government Association was established to ensure that the basic rights of the students are protected, to investigate student problems and take appropriate action, to promote academic excellence, augment the quality of education, to encourage student participation in the overall policy and decision making processes of the University, and also to provide the students with the services necessary for making this collegiate environment most conducive to mental, physical, and spiritual enhancement.

The Student Government Association is the official representative organization of the student body. We serve as the liaison between the students, faculty, and administration. We insist on your vocality to ensure that we serve as the most accurate representation of the studentry.
