2012 Greater Houston ACS Summer SEED program

The purpose of American Chemical Society (ACS) Project SEED is to offer high school students a unique opportunity to spend a summer conducting hand-on research with a scientist in a laboratory setting.

• Be on campus from 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday

Requirements

• At the end of program, a mini poster session will be held at University of St. Thomas, Friday, August 10, 2012 at 6:30 p.m
• See photos from 2009, 2010 and 2011 SEED program
• Safety video on June 13before interns are permitted to work in the lab (mandated)
  • Safety slide show
  • and finish Safety Practice questions
• Interns must bring  a signed "2011 Project Seed Program Rules and Regulations" form back to Ms. Walker (x3106).
