The goal of this internship is to develop working knowledge of web design and of the inventory tracking system. The intern will also learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Responsibilities include:
Providing IT technical support services
Edit, maintain and update current Title III web pages
Develop design, produce and code new web pages
Assist the telecommunications manager in the development of an online inventory tracking system
Assist with the development of "Virtual Tour of Title III Activities" project
Provide tecnical support and instruction to Title III staff
Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with the telecommunicatons manager in the maintenance of all Title III hardware/software compnoents
Qualifications
Technical information systems and application programs
Web design software
Graphic design software
File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Languages such as HTML
Digital photographic equipment
Advanced understanding of personal computers and software applications
