The learning objectives of this internship is to enhance the interns knowledge of account groups and functions, analyze, interpret and reconcile account activity, and perform research, journal entries, and reconciliations of accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entry corrections and receipt corrections.
• Research and prepare corrections for account discrepancies
• Research and provide information for account inquiries
• Assist in financial reports
• Review batches entered by Data Entry, Scan, make copies, file
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be detailed oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Data entry skills
• Typing
• Must know how to operate basic office equipment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
