The Summer Intern will be immersed in an intense cross training effort and gain applicable real world leadership experience in risk management, customer service, conflict resolution/decision making, team building, program development and event facilitation.
Responsibilities include:
Co-plan and implement programming for core department programs
Research national programs for sustainable best practices, techniques and trends of recreation-based events
Serve as department liaison and upkeep of daily social media efforts
Create social media campaigns via video, print and audio to increase student participation
Qualifications
Knowledge of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Kik, etc.
