How do I calculate my hourly rate of pay?

First you have to know:

• How many days are there in a year
  • 365 days (but every 4th year there is an extra day,
    February 2012 has 29 days)
• How many work days are there in a year
  • The typical workweek is Monday – Friday – 5 days
  • Saturday and Sunday are the typical days off
  • There are 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays
• Each work day consist of  8 hours

Select HR Connect, then Payroll Data Tab at top of page and find your Annual Budgeted Salary

 Please note if you are less than a 100% budgeted employee, this calculator will not work.
