Panther Card

What is the Panther Card? - The Panther Card is the official PV Identification Card for student, faculty, and staff.

Why do I need a Panther Card? - If you're a student, you need your card to:

    • Check out library books
    • Use the computer lab
    • Use the student Health Center(student services)
    • Buy tickets to campus entertainment events(student rates)
    • Attend Athletic Events(student rates)

How can I get a Panther Card?

Step 1
After completing the registration or the Faculty/Staff orientation process, go to the Memorial Student Center (MSC) room 107, to have your I.D. taken and to be issued your initial I.D. card. A Valid Driver's License or some form of picture ID must be presented.

Step 2
Deposit the desired amount at the Treasury Services window (W.R. Banks Bldg. 1st floor). In order to have the deposit credited to your account the user must take the receipt along with the card to the Auxiliary Service Office (Rm.107) Memorial Student Center. Since this office will manage all services provided through the card system please refer all question concerns or comments on card maintenance to this office directly. (936) 261-1700.

Step 3
If your I.D. card is lost or stolen you should first report it to the Auxiliary Service Office Rm. 107 or call (936) 261-1700 immediately. To purchase a replacement card you must make a $10 payment at the cashier window (W.R. Banks Bldg. 1st floor). They will present you with a receipt as proof of payment that the student would bring to Auxiliary Services along with a picture ID to take a duplicate ID. Once the user has taken a replacement photo, the $10.00 replacement cost is non-refundable.
