Our Retail dining program is designed to keep our fast paced campus moving. Auxiliary Services has taken every effort to ensure that the campus dining program provides an opportunity for its customers (students, faculty, staff and guests) to enjoy some type of food services from 7:00am until 7:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are an on the go shopper our retail dining has just the thing for you.

The Pardus - Sit down relax and let our friendly servers take care of you in our premier retail dining area located in the MSC Annex Building (formerly known as the Bookstore). From our two daily feature entrees, a salad bar, three sides and a dessert you are sure to find just what you are craving.

Ultimate Dining- This location contains two concepts PV Grill which serves grilled items such as Burgers, Fish, Chicken and a mixture of sides dishes and Chick-fil-A which provides several menu items featured at full service Chick-fil-A restaurants nation wide.

The Deli- Our deli concept features a variety of sandwiches and express items including chips smoothies and cookies to keep our on the go students moving.

Hot Stuff- This concept features hot wings and baked Spuds for those of you who like it hot. Also available at this location are chips fountain and bottled beverages. But hey don’t forget about our smoothies which are sure to get you through any heat wave and are guaranteed to hit the spot.

Jazzman’s Café- Jazzman’s features espresso beverages and coffee served hot or cold fresh baked muffins, cookies and pastries.  But that’s not all! A wide array of hot and pressed sandwiches, soup, breakfast items and cool refreshing smoothies to satisfy the appetites of anyone from morning ‘til night.
