Prairie View A&M University Pro Card TrainingWelcome to the web-based training for PVAMU Pro Card potential cardholders. After you complete this training and pass the online quiz with 100% accuracy, you will be qualified to receive a Pro Card. This course is designed to be a beginners training on the Pro Card responsibilities as well as the basic understanding of JP Morgan Chase's web based accounting system. Prairie View A&M University Pro Card In-Class TrainingsPro Card Reconciliation TrainingIn this training you will be able to reconcile your monthly Pro Card Expense Report. We will address some of the most common issues concerning the Pro Card reconciliation. This class will allow us to go over and show you the correct steps of reconciling your report. Our objective in this training is to help provide clarity to the Pro Card holders and should help eliminate the continuing issues that occur monthly. New Pro Card Holder TrainingThe Pro Card Staff will be holding training for New Potential Pro Card Holders. In the training you will be instructed on the do’s and don’ts of Pro Card use. Also we will address some of the most common issues concerning the Pro Card. We will go over and show you the correct steps of reconciling your report. Our objective in this training is to help provide clarity to the Pro Card holders and should help eliminate the continuing issues that occur monthly. We also want to hear from you on some of the issues you might experience.
If your department would like to assign a faculty or staff a Pro Card please have them attend. Pro Card Holder Refresher TrainingThe Pro Card Staff will be holding a Refresher Training for current Pro Card Holders. Every cardholder is required to take this class once a year to stay in compliance with the Pro Card Policies and Procedures. In the training we will refresh your memory on the do’s and don’ts of Pro Card use. Also we will address some of the most common issues concerning the Pro Card. Also we will have valued information and updates to the program. We will go over and show you the correct steps of reconciling your report. Our objective in this training is to help provide clarity to the Pro Card holders and should help eliminate the continuing issues that occur monthly.
