LaShonda R. Williams is coordinator of Consistency Management and Cooperative Discipline (CMCD) at the University of Houston College of Education. Williams’ contributions have received national recognition . She has assisted schools with the development of instructional management and implementation throughout the United States and the United Kingdom . CMCD has been named one of the top eleven programs by John Hopkins University.
Williams also facilitates team building retreats and parent workshops. She earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Prairie View A&M University and the Master’s degree in public administration from Troy State University.
