We are located on the third floor of the Willie A. Tempton Memorial Student Center on the Prairie View campus. Appointments are not necessary to see a counselor during office hours. Assistance with financial aid related questions is available via telephone at
877-782-6830. The service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please be advised that during peak times, the wait time can be 30 minutes or more. Hence, you may wish to call before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm. If your busy schedule does not allow time for phone calls, Financial Aid Agents may be reached by
submitting a ticket. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
If you have a more ‘pressing’ issue, you may
chat on-line with a Financial Aid Agent.
