Payment Deadlines for spring 2010
Drop Dates:
Payment Due Dates: (students will be dropped from all classes if minimum payment is not made) 50% of tuition & fees are due or student will be dropped
January 15—due date is for all students that registered for classes on November 17—January 15
February 3—due date is for all students have added classes between January 16 and January 23
February 15—due date is for all students that were allowed by Registrar/Advisor /Provost to register or to be reinstated after February 3.
Students will not be dropped if all financial aid documents and requirements have been completed and aid is enough to cover the minimum amount due. If you do not plan to attend PVAMU after you have enrolled for courses, you must officially withdraw from the university by the dates above or you will be held responsible for any financial aid, grades and charges posted to your account
Installment Due Dates and Short Term Loan Due Date:
January 15, 2010 5pm Installment #1 Due - 1st 50% of tuition and fees are due
February 19, 2010 5pm Installment #2 Due - 2nd 25% of tuition and fees are due
March 26, 2010 5pm Installment #3 Due - 3rd 25% of tuition and fees are due
March 26, 2010 5pm Short Term Loans are due
