• Inactive ORP and/or TDA Vendors

      The Internal Revenue Service has passed new regulations requiring increased employer responsibility for
      403(b) plans, including the ORP and TDA programs. There are a number of ORP and/or TDA vendor that
      will be unable to comply with the implementation of these new regulations. Those employees that will be
      affected will be required to move future contributions to a vendor on the approved list by

• The annual benefits enrollment period will take place from July1 through July 31. Annual enrollment is the only time period during the plan year you can make changes to medical, dental, vision, LTD, life, AD&D and flexible spending accounts unless you have a qualified life status change during the year.
