Paid Leave

Paid leave is available in specific situations, including jury duty, funerals of certain family members, poor weather and military training.

• Unsafe working or travel conditions - When an emergency evacuation order is issued by state or local government.

• Death in immediate family:

• Reward for outstanding performance - May be granted as a reward for outstanding performance documented in writing by an employee performance evaluation done in the last 12 months.

• Jury Duty, Specialized Training, Military Duty, Court Appearances.

• Time off for voting.

• Volunteer Firefighters and Emergency Medical Services Volunteers.

• Disabled Employees.

• American Red Cross Disaster Services Volunteers.

• Administrative Leave.

• Organ, Bone Marrow or Blood Donors.
