Procurement,Contracts and ReconciliationsWelcome to the home page for Prairie View A&M University Office of Procurement,Contracts and Reconciliations, a division of Financial Administration. It is the goal of our office to provide exceptional customer service, as we work to fulfill the procurement and contractual needs of our end users, by identifying and developing strategic business relations with suppliers, while processing accurate and timely requests. Additionally, the Reconciliations staff will support accurate reporting by completing timely reconciliations of various banks and clearing accounts.
