Re-Hires

For student employment purposes, a re-hire is a student who was processed for employment during the Fall & Spring semesters of the school year. The SEO will distribute a Re-Hire Packet containing all required employment documents.

Hiring Steps

  1. All Re-Hires must complete a Re-Hire Packet.
  2. All Re-Hires must show that they have completed the State Mandated Online Training for the following courses within the last two years:
    • Orientation to the A&M System
    • Creating a Discrimination Free Work Place
    • Ethics
    • Information Security Awareness
    • Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse

Details on how to complete these training modules are provided in the Re-Gire Packet. Re-Hires will need to use their UIN and password to access the training site.
