1876-Present JSTOR ("journal storage") has 17 Philosophy journals. This database contains the full range of the journal, all the way back to the first issue, all full text. There is a 3-5 year embargo, so it will not have the most recent issues.
Wilson OMNIFile 1982-Present OMNIFile by Wilson has 31 journal titles in the field of Philosophy. In the lower right side of the first screen, choose "Humanities" as the subject area.
Philosopher's Index 1940 to Present
(New Interface Starting  July 1, 2009) 
1940-2006 Provides indexing and abstracts from books and journals of philosophy and related fields. Areas include ethics, aesthetics, epistemology, logic, and metaphysics as well as the philosophy of disciplines, such as law, religion, science, history, and education.

1923-Present ProQuest has 35 titles related to philosophy. Note that ProQuest defaults to searching all the databases it has, so any basic search will also include this Social Science Database.
Religion & Philosophy
1975-Present Contains more than 300 full text journals, including more than 250 peer-reviewed titles, with topics such as world religions, major denominations, biblical studies, religious history, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of language, moral philosophy and the history of philosophy.
