Fee Payment Plans:

Prairie View A&M University offers the following fee payment plans for the payment of tuition and fees during the Fall and Spring Semesters:

Option 1

Full payment of tuition and fees in advance of the beginning of the semester. (Fees are due the same day you select courses)

Option 2

Installment Payment Plan for Fall 2008:

• Installment # 1 - one-half payment of tuition and fees in advance of the beginning of the semester, (Fees are due the same day you select courses). Payment must be received no later than August 22, 2008.)
• Installment # 2 - one-quarter payment prior to the start of the sixth class week, (September 26, 2008)
• Installment # 3 - one-quarter payment prior to the start of the eleventh class week. (October 31, 2008)

If you elect the installment payment plan option, you must consent to an agreement that states the following:

“I accept and agree to pay all tuition, fees, and charges associated with my attendance to Prairie View A&M University in accordance with the authorized payment plans. I understand I am responsible for maintaining my correct address and telephone contact information in PANTHERTRACKS. It is my responsibility to follow the degree plan as provided by my advisor.”

If the above agreement has not been made by the student, full payment of total tuition & fees will be due by August 22, 2008. The agreement can be obtained on-line through Panthertracks.

NOTE: IF YOU ELECT FEE PAYMENT PLAN 2, YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A $50.00 INSTALLMENT CARRYING FEE. STUDENTS WILL BE DROPPED FROM ENROLLMENT FOR FAILURE TO MEET THE 1ST INSTALLMENT. A LATE FEE OF $25.00 WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE STUDENT’S ACCOUNT IF THE STUDENT CHOOSES TO RE-REGISTER AFTER CLASSES ARE DROPPED FOR NON-PAYMENT.   THE STUDENT MUST PAY TUITION & FEES THE SAME DAY THE STUDENT RE-REGISTERS OR CLASSES WILL BE DROPPED AGAIN.  STUDENTS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO RE-REGISTER DURING THE OFFICIAL ADD/DROP PERIOD. FAILURE TO MEET THE 2ND AND 3RD INSTALLMENTS WILL RESULT IN A $50.00 INSTALLMENT LATE FEE PER INSTALLMENT.
