Biography:

PVAMU:  Returns for his third season…was the only SWAC running back to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark last season with a career-high 1,085 yards…became the first running back at Prairie View A&M since 1988 to rush for over 1,000 yards…also a receiving threat in the backfield…high school teammate of linebacker Chris Ford.

2008:  Followed up a strong 2007 season with an impressive 2008 campaign…earned All-SWAC First Team Honors…only running back in the SWAC to rush for over 1,000 yards…first 1,000-yard rusher at Prairie View A&M since Victor Pegram in 1988…a workhouse as he recorded 20 or more attempts eight times…broke out the gates early with a 130-yard, two-touchdown performance on 22 carries against rival TSU in the annual Labor Day Classic on Aug. 30…rushed for two touchdowns against Texas College on Sept. 6…ran for 44 yards on 16 carries with a touchdown run at Mississippi Valley State…ran for 180 yards on 24 carries with a long of 46 yards versus Morehouse in Angel City Classic on Sept. 27…also caught three receptions for 43 yards…rushed for 65 yards on 23 rushing attempts in annual State Fair Classic against Grambling State on Oct. 4…held to 45 yards on 21 attempts against Alabama State on Oct. 11 but regrouped and logged 26 carries for 202 yards and two touchdowns the next weekend at Arkansas-Pine Bluff…posted a season-high five receptions at UAPB…touched the ball 25 times for a total of 116 yards in win over Southern on Oct. 25…totaled 70 yards on 24 attempts at Alabama A&M on Nov. 8…closed out the season with a bang after a 26-carry, 198-yard performance and two touchdowns versus Alcorn State on Nov. 15.

2007:  Rushed for a team-leading 482 yards on 106 carries in his first collegiate campaign with a long of 37 yards...reached the end zone four times while averaging 4.6 yards per rushing attempt...caught 19 receptions for 155 yards…returned both kicks and punts for the first five games…tallied 874 all-purpose yards…started out slow in his first four games on the ground before rushing for 96 yards on 28 attempts with one touchdown against Alcorn State on Oct. 6…also caught a season-high five passes for 55 yards versus the Braves…logged 83 yards the following weekend versus Alabama State on 22 attempts…burst on to the scene on Oct. 27 with a career-high 215-yard, two-touchdown performance against Mississippi Valley State.

High School:  Rated a two-star recruit by Rivals.com…versatile athlete who was a threat on either side of the ball…rushed for nearly 1,000 yards and recorded 282 receiving yards as a senior…scored 15 touchdowns…earned first team all-district honors at running back.
